The Whole Life Workbook
This workbook was designed by individuals who have personal experience of mental health distress, carers and mental health professionals. The aim of the work book is to provide a resource for anyone who is experiencing mental distress or for those who are supporting them, inclduing family members, friends, or 'official supporters or teams.' The work book is not academically based but instead through personal and professional stories of success it fundamentally communicates an unwavering message of by providing practical advice and solutions. The workbook is available here to read online or download either by whole chapters or by each individual section.
